Job description: Research project (PhD thesis) in the framework of a German-French collaborative project on molecular mechanisms of gene regulation during flower development; analysis of transcription factor functions in the chromatin context using a combination of genome-wide approaches (ATAC-seq, ChIP-seq), targeted mutagenesis (CRISPR/Cas9) and biochemical methods
Requirements: Academic university degree (master or equivalent) in biology, biochemistry or related subject with above-average mark, and with a focus on molecular biology, epigenetics or developmental biology; strong interest in epigenetics, gene regulation and plant developmental processes; good English skills
